What this site collects
- Cookie-free analytics. We use Plausible Analytics — a tool that sets no cookies, stores no personal data and does not track you across sites. We only see aggregate stats: visits, pages, country.
- No forms. The site collects no names, e-mails or phone numbers.
- Fonts and images are served from our own server — no requests to Google Fonts or other third parties.
Telegram
The site buttons open our Telegram bot. From that moment Telegram's privacy terms apply, and we see only what you write to the bot: your username and message text. We use it solely to reply and arrange an audit or setup. Voice messages are transcribed by Groq (USA) — audio is passed only for speech-to-text and is not used to train models. Write "delete my data" — and we will erase the conversation history.
Client base audit
For the free audit we ask for an anonymized export — without your clients' phones and e-mails. The bot shows how to make one in 2 minutes. The file is used only to calculate the potential; the manager sees a copy in Telegram — on your request we delete it right after the audit.
Working with clients (GDPR)
- Before any data is shared, every client signs a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). A sample is available on request in Telegram.
- The AI account (Claude by Anthropic) is registered in the client's name and on their card — the business remains the data owner.
- Settings exclude the use of data for model training.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and to object to processing. To do so, write to us on Telegram or at karenwrites.pro@gmail.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech regulator — ÚOOÚ.
