How much does an AI agent cost in Czechia — real 2026 prices, no fog
Ask ten vendors "how much does it cost" and nine will answer "contact us". So we went through the public price lists on the Czech market (as of July 2026) and added our own — openly, with every number. Competitor prices change; always verify directly with the vendor.
First things first: there are three different "AI agents"
Most of the confusion comes from three completely different products being sold under one word. Before comparing prices, understand which class you are actually buying.
Class 1: software you operate yourself
Subscription software — a chatbot for your website or a voice bot for your phone line. You configure it, watch it and improve it yourself. Examples from public Czech price lists: a chat channel from CZK 420 per month (fuller bundles from ~CZK 1,450/mo plus a one-time setup that reaches CZK 50,000 with some vendors), a voice bot from a telecom operator at CZK 10,000 activation + CZK 1,299/mo + CZK 2.99 per minute of conversation.
The trap in this class: per-minute rates and credits. "From CZK 1,299 per month" sounds great until you calculate that 100 short calls a month quietly add thousands more. And crucially: all the work — teaching the bot your price list, watching what it answers, changing the copy — stays with you. It is a tool, not a worker.
Class 2: a done-for-you system with monthly care (our class)
Here you are not buying software but a result: someone configures the agents for your price list, tone and booking system, tunes them every month based on real conversations — and you just approve messages on your phone. In Germany businesses pay €199–999 per month for this class (roughly CZK 5,000–25,000) plus a €500–2,000 setup. Czech prices are still lower.
Signs of an honest offer in this class: AI costs are included in the fee (no minutes or credits on top), there is a data processing agreement (GDPR), and the vendor can tell you clearly what exactly you get for the monthly fee — tuning, a monthly report, new scenarios.
Class 3: custom development
Bespoke engineering with ERP or CRM integration — for mid-sized and larger companies. Public price lists of Czech integrators: process audit CZK 15,000–25,000, first production agent from CZK 80,000, multi-agent systems CZK 200,000–500,000, ongoing management CZK 5,000–20,000 per month. A great choice for a company with its own IT and complex processes. For a salon, a car service or a cleaning business it is a cannon aimed at sparrows.
What makes up the price (and what to ask)
- One-time setup — business analysis, agent configuration, testing, onboarding. Usually CZK 10,000–50,000 in class 2, from CZK 80,000 in class 3.
- Monthly fee — AI costs, hosting, tuning and support. Ask what happens when you get more clients: do you keep paying the same, or do the "credits" grow?
- Hidden items — per-minute voice rates, surcharges for an extra language or channel, "premium" integrations. Demand the total price at your realistic volume, in writing.
Our price list — in the open
We build systems of 3+ AI agents for service businesses: winning back "dormant" clients, replying to customers within a minute, no-show reminders, review responses. Everything done for you, with monthly care; the owner approves every message in Telegram.
Bigger packages: TEAM CZK 4,900/mo (setup 19,900), PROFI CZK 6,900/mo (5 agents, weekly reports, guaranteed response within 24 h; setup 29,900), MAX CZK 9,990/mo (setup 39,990), multi-location networks from CZK 14,900/mo. Current terms are in the pricing section. A 30-day guarantee — and a free audit before you sign anything: if we do not find at least CZK 20,000 of potential in your database, we part ways with no questions.
The AI Act: what changes on 2 August 2026
From 2 August 2026 the AI Act's transparency rules (Article 50) apply across the EU: every chatbot and voice bot must disclose at first contact that it is AI, and AI-generated content must be machine-labelled. There is no small-business exemption; fines reach EUR 15 million or 3% of turnover.
For our clients nothing changes: the agents have introduced themselves as AI from day one, and no message goes out without the owner's approval — the system is ready for the new rules. Running a bot you assembled in some builder and not sure it complies? Write to us — we will review it and bring it in line.
Five questions before you sign
- Does the price include work (setup, tuning, support) or only software access?
- Are minutes, messages or credits billed on top? What does that come to at my volume?
- Who is responsible for what the AI writes to a client? Can I approve messages?
- Where does the data live, and is a data processing agreement (GDPR) part of the deal?
- What exactly do I get each month for the fee — and will I see it in a report?
Number first, decision second
Before comparing prices, find out how much money is asleep in your business right now. A free database audit: within minutes you get the amount and ready-to-send messages. No strings attached.

How much does an AI agent cost for a small business?
Software you operate yourself: CZK 420–1,500/mo. A done-for-you system with monthly care: CZK 2,900–10,000/mo plus setup. Custom development: from CZK 80,000 for the first agent.
Why do prices vary so much?
You pay not for "a bot" but for the work around it: configuration, integrations, monthly tuning and responsibility for the result. Cheap software leaves that work to you.
Are AI costs included in the fee?
With us — yes. Many vendors bill minutes, messages or credits separately; demand the total price at your realistic volume, in writing.
What does the AI Act mean for my business?
From 2 August 2026 every bot must disclose it is AI, and AI content must be labelled. Our agents have complied from day one; we can also review and fix third-party bots.
