The trap the price lists don't show
Entry plans are hard to line up against each other, because every vendor measures something different. One counts minutes, the next counts calls. The gap only shows up once you put a real month of work through them.
Take a salon that gets 100 calls of about two minutes each in a month, so 200 minutes. At the published rates:

A plan that looks almost identical on the leaflet can end up costing five times as much. Before you sign, count your own calls and their average length, and have the vendor put the total in writing.
What the cheap plans usually leave out
- Configuration for your price list and tone. With self-service tools you teach the agent yourself. Budget a few evenings for it.
- The connection to your booking system. Basic plans often handle nothing but Google Calendar. Reservio, Noona or Altegio usually sit a tier higher.
- Written channels. Most cheap products cover the phone and stop there. Salons, meanwhile, get most of their questions on Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Monthly tuning. After the first month an agent always needs adjusting, because clients ask things nobody planned for. With software that work lands on you.
