Who in Prague sets up an AI receptionist for a massage studio — and what it does with half-used class passes

Opora AI sets up a done-for-you AI receptionist for massage studios in Prague and Brno. It answers clients in Czech, keeps track of unused sessions on class passes, fills cancelled slots from the waiting list and brings back the ones who stopped coming. Live in 7 days, from CZK 2,900 per month plus setup from CZK 9,990. Operated by Karen Yezzhev, IČO 23170883, Praha 7.

Massage loses money differently than a hair salon does. There are two specific places it goes.

The class pass in the drawer

A client buys ten massages. He uses four, then summer comes, a holiday, work, and the remaining six just hang there. On paper it is paid for. In practice that is a lost client, because next time he will not buy a pass at all and will simply stop coming.

The studio usually has no idea until he calls a year later to ask whether it is still valid. The system watches it as it happens: it sees who has sessions left and when they were last in, and gets in touch before a month goes by.

Ninety minutes of an empty table

A cancellation three hours before the appointment costs a hairdresser an hour. In massage it is ninety minutes, sometimes two hours, and the therapist loses the whole slot with little chance of making it up.

Speed is what makes the difference: a freed-up slot has to reach the people who might want it within five minutes. The system sends the offer to the waiting list on its own, and the owner only gets a message saying the window is filled.

What the AI receptionist does in a massage studio

What it will not do

It does not answer health questions. Whether a massage is a good idea with back pain, after surgery or during pregnancy goes to you and nothing gets made up. In massage, bad advice is worse than no answer at all.

Nothing goes out without you either. For the first month the system runs in draft mode: it writes the text, you approve it in Telegram or edit it.

The language that slows things down

Plenty of massage studios in Prague have Ukrainian or Russian-speaking therapists and Czech clients. Answering questions about the different types of massage in a foreign language is slow work, so the evening messages sit there until morning.

The system writes the client flawless Czech and explains everything to you in Ukrainian or Russian. More in the guide on AI for Ukrainian and Russian-speaking business owners in Czechia.

What it costs

From CZK 2,900 a month for the first five businesses (normally CZK 4,900) plus setup from CZK 9,990, with no per-minute rates. A comparison with the other providers is in the comparison of AI receptionists in Czechia, and the full price breakdown is in the guide on how much an AI agent costs in Czechia.

The first step is a free audit of your database: an export without phone numbers or emails is enough, just name, service and date. If it does not show at least CZK 20,000 of potential, we will say so and part ways.

Common questions

Do I have to switch my booking system?

No. The system works on top of Reservio, Noona, Altegio, Fresha and even a paper diary.

Can it track class passes if I keep them on paper?

Yes, but we need to copy them into a list once. After that the balances stay up to date on their own.

How much of my time will this eat at the start?

About an hour: the price list, the types of massage, the cancellation rules. Setup and the monthly tuning are our job.

Does the AI pick up the phone as well?

Yes, as an add-on at CZK 500 to 1,500 a month. You can try the voice right here in the chat on this page, with the microphone button.

Does it book clients itself, or does it only answer?

It books. A client writes on Instagram, WhatsApp or SMS, the AI works out which service they want, offers the open slots and writes the booking straight into Reservio, Noona, Altegio or Fresha. The day before it sends a reminder, so fewer people fail to turn up. If the slot doesn't suit, it offers the next free one itself.
